1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Note: During high-volume sale periods or new product launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer reliable shipping options across the United States:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5-8 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery in 2-4 business days.

Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts).
3. International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your country will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Americanblossomlinens is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your order falls into this category, our team will reach out to you to arrange an alternative delivery address to ensure your premium tools arrive safely.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at service@americanblossomlinens.store with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
