A: We process orders within 1–3 business days. Domestic shipping within the U.S. typically takes 5–8 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@korakuna.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we may not be able to modify it.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
