1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, kitchen tools that have been used for food preparation cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Return Process

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs

Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Items: If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
